Don't pay them any amount for administration fee and application fee!!! They tell you that it is refundable and even on your receipt it says administration per refundable amount, but now that I am writing this message for more than two months they don't even answer me, there is no management there, just two employees. They are sitting there when someone kindly accepts you and says everything is fine, apply and pay the fee, after you pay, they don't answer your messages anymore :) and if you go there, the second person is rude to you. He says: I will not send your request and I will not refund the amount!!! And now they don't answer for two months and they don't refund the amount! I wish I could register zero points!

I deleted my previous review when I was only a few months in, as it was made in a fit of anger after getting my truck vandalized ( it could happen anywhere). Half the complaints about this place have never truly lived in a bad apartment. It is worth it here, the amenities and the staff are always helpful. I love this place a lot and it feels just like paradise, and I will happily advocate for it to anyone who has questions. Thank you guys over in the leasing office (clubhouse ) I’m sorry if I’ve ever been a problem as well 🫶🏾

I was a resident at this apartment complex from July 2022 - July 2023. I chose the complex due to its very convenient location and nice look. Firstly, if you are planning to rent an apartment close to the pool, be aware of some residents might be very noisy. The rule says not to use pool after 10 pm but nobody cares about it. I had to call the police twice after weekday midnight to stop some neighbors having a pool party. I hope the new management is more willing to solve this issue. I had issue about closing my electricity when I left the apartment had so many issues with backbilling. It was not easy to get on the same page with the property managers, we finally found a way to solve it. I guess there are some changes in the personnel and the new manager is more willing to understand the residents' concerns. The reason I am giving 4 stars is how the new community manager is willing to take care of the residents issues.

Moved out OCTOBER 31. 41 days ago. I live out of country now. I flew back to return my keys in person as they demanded I do so as per their company policy. I complied. Prior to this I inquired as to when I would recieve my security check and made it very clear I need it sent to me out of country. They confirmed they would ship it to my new address. Upon my arrival, I visited the office in person and was advised to fill out a form with my forwarding address. I again reiterated that I live out of country now. The office stated they would send it to me as soon as it was issued. I flew back home and didn't recieve the money owed to me within the 4 weeks that was approximated. I called the office and they advised that the cheque had been sent but was probably delayed. A week goes by and I inquire by email and was advised that they need my forwarding address?? So I advised that this was provided ONE MONTH AGO IN PERSON, TWICE. I then provided it again over email. I recieved no response and so I inquired a week after this via calls and emails. No response. I finally recieved a response to one of my many emails stating that they can't send it to me out of country. This whole encounter has been a complete joke. The staff do not care about you, they care about leasing more apartments so they don't lose their job. They will treat you well when you view the apartments and until you sign the lease. After this point good luck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE UNITS TO ANYONE. 41 days and I haven't recieved my money back. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. When they do, they make up a series of excuses and present you with endless contradictions.

Stayed there for 2 years. Apartment was good but the rules and behavior of the staff and management is pretty bad. Need improvement on dealing with clients and actually helping them when there is an issue

I was treated badly by the new manager yahaira , she had no courtesy at all , I never experienced a worst customer service as this before she was rude and disrespectful and full of her self , they gave me the wrong apartment that I didn’t even choose , Lauren showed me an apartment that I liked and when I applied it was a whole different apartment I went to the office to yahaira the manager she didn’t even bother to do anything about it or have any kind of courtesy or even apologize for such a horrible mistake , so I end it up getting an apartment that I didn’t even get to see, it took them 2 weeks to give me an approval , I had to get a hotel for 2 days due to them not responding to my phone calls or emails in a timely manner so I can move Accordingly, I ask the manger to give me the keys ASAP after the approval so I can move after all this delays from them and she wouldn’t , so I ended up staying at a hotel even though I asked to move in a certain date , this whole experience been a disaster due the this incompetent staff , they wouldn’t even give me the Number to the regional office so I can make a complaint , the guy there was like I don’t know the number . I was like your got to be kidding . I like the location . But the staff are horrible specially this new manager . Big cooperate like this should choose they’re employees more wisely and that’s not it .

I love my view it’s over the back park area! The manager is very understanding and willing to help you when you have lease questions or rent issues. My patio is huge and I really like the pool.
